John J. Ennis, Esq. has over 25 years experience as a scientist, consultant, insurance broker and attorney.

He has practiced as an attorney with both small and large private firms, and as in-house General Counsel for both small and large companies.

As in-house General Counsel, John develops a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business and culture, then combines his legal experience and business acumen to provide management and employees with value driven, practical solutions to everyday legal issues.

Such issues may include — without limitation — business strategy, corporate structure, management and compliance, employment, insurance, contracts, risk management, records management, subcontractor/vendor management, arbitration/litigation, policy development, intellectual property management, and ethics.

John is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and its Contract and Commercial Law, Employment and Labor Law, and Environmental Health and Safety Committees, and is also a registered Professional Geologist. John obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law, and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Delaware.
